摘要
建立了一种新的用X射线荧光光谱法快速测定液态涂料中的重金属元素铅、铬和汞的测试方法。与原有测试方法相比,不需对液态涂料样品进行预处理。考察了直接上样法和滤纸片法两种不同的制样方法。为减小基体效应,选用不含待测元素的涂料基体,自制参考物质来制作校准曲线,各待测元素在0—400m g/kg范围内,均呈现良好的线性关系。仪器精密度及方法回收率良好。
A new method for fast determination of heavy metals as Pb,Cr and Hg in the liquid paint by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry was established.Compared with the former determination methods,this method did not need any step of pretreatment.Two different preparation methods such as direct loading method and filter paper method were investigated.In order to reduce the matrix effect,a paint matrix which did not contain any of the desired elements was used to prepare the reference samples.The calibration curve of each element exhibited a good linearity from 0 to 400mg/kg.The precision of the instrument was good and the results of recovery test were satisfactory.
