基于多维尺度法的工作场所偏离行为的分类结构研究 被引量:6

摘要 在对工作场所偏离行为的定义和分类研究的文献回顾基础上,对中国情境下的工作场所偏离行为分类结构进行了探讨。首先采用关键事件法、专家意见法、问卷初测等方法,建立了中国情境下的工作场所偏离行为清单;然后采用多维尺度法处理问卷调查中进行分类的数据。结果发现,中国情境下,工作场所偏离行为可以分为财产性偏离行为、生产性偏离行为和人际性偏离行为三种类型。 This paper has investigated the structure of workplace deviant behavior of Chinese firms based on reviewing the different types of workplace deviant behavior.First,this study develops a comprehensive list of workplace deviant behaviors.The data is analyzed by multidimensional scaling.Results show that workplace deviant behavior consists of three dimensions,namely property deviant behavior,production deviant behavior and interpersonal deviant behavior.
