摘要
"和谐晋城"建设是晋城近年来不懈努力的目标,但是和谐晋城建设与水土保持之间存在什么样的关系却很少有人探究,文中从晋城市水土保持现状出发,分析水土流失对和谐晋城的危害,肯定晋城市水土保持工作中取得的一些成绩,论述了加强水土保持生态建设对和谐晋城的促进作用,从而指出和谐晋城与水土保持之间相辅相成的辩证关系。
Constructing harmonious Jincheng City is the unremittingly pursued construction target in recent years.But there are few of people study what relation that exists between constructing harmonious Jincheng City and soil-water conservancy.Proceeding from the present situation of Jincheng＇s soil-water conservancy,the paper analyzes the damage of soil-water conservancy on construcing harmonious Jincheng,comfirms certain achievements that have been abtained on Jincheng＇s soil-water conservancy job,discusses the effect to promote harmonious Jincheng construction due to strengthening soil-water conservancy ecology construction,thereby indicates the dialectical relationship between the construction harmonious Jincheng and soil-water conservancy construction.
