摘要
利用不同海拔、菌株进行双孢蘑菇反季节栽培,可实现鲜菇周年供应,方便农户推广应用。该文着重介绍双孢蘑菇反季节栽培技术的关键环节。
The off-season cultivation of Agaricus bisporus by using different strains at various altitutes could realize year-round fresh mushroom supply and be convenient for widely popularizing to farmers.This paper emphatically introduced the key points of off-season cultivation techniques of Agaricus bisporus.
