摘要
烧结机篦条糊堵物中,含量高达35.42%的Cl-主要来自高炉除尘灰。烧结原料中除除尘灰外,直接影响透气性的主要矿种有精粉、褐铁矿。统计数据显示,在除尘灰配加量小且比例相对稳定的情况下,随精粉比例增加、褐铁矿比例下降,烧结机蓖条糊堵现象加重。利用配比制衡的方法,解决了糊篦条现象,实现了烧结高效生产。
The Cl-that the content is as high as 35.42% in the blocking material of sinter machine grate bars mainly comes from blast furnace dust. Besides the precipitator dust in sintering materials,main ore minerals affecting the permeability directly are power ore and limonite. The statistical data showed that in the condition of small and stable dust ratio,with the increase in the proportion of powder ore and the decline in the proportion of limonite,paste sintering grate blocking phenomenon increased. Using the ratio balance solved the paste grate phenomenon,achieving efficient production of sintering.
