摘要
恒温恒湿机的用途之一是通过给机电设备机房降温,完成对电子设备的降温。去掉中间的降温媒介,直接对电子设备发热截面进行吹风降温,可以减掉机房照明和维护结构的发热量,从而节省电能。对于各部位发热量不同的设备发热截面,可以通过非等温送风型恒温恒湿机,实现从冷却设备到被冷却设备的点对点降温。对于两台发热量不同的电子设备,可以应用一套制冷系统中的两组不等温出风蒸发器实现点对点的冷却。文中设计了非等温送风型恒温恒湿机和两组蒸发器不等温送风的恒温恒湿机,并通过实验测试了两种机型的送风温差和制冷系统的COP。
One of applications of air conditioners with constant temperature and humidity is to cool the electronic equipment by cooling the electronic equipment rooms.Removing the intermediate cooling medium and directly cooling the heating section of electronic equipment can save electric power.For the heating section of electronic equipment with different caloric power,we can realize to cool "peer-to-peer" by using a constant temperature and humidity machine which can send air with different temperature.And for two electronic equipments with different caloric power,we can use two evaporators by sending air at different temperature by "peer-to-peer" cooling.We designed one kind of air conditioner with constant temperature and humidity by sending different temperature air and another kind with two evaporators.The temperature difference of sending air and the COP of the cooling system were tested and obtained.
