摘要
于2005年12(平水期)、2006年3月(枯水期)及2006年7月(丰水期)对南明河花溪大坝、甲秀楼、水口寺、普渡桥4个河道段面进行了理化因子及浮游植物群落结构的调查研究,结果是水口寺段水体污染最严重,总氮含量最高达26.2mg/L,城区里的河道中的水体已处于富营养化状态。浮游植物的香农(Shannon)及马格利夫(Margalef)多样性指数在水口寺处总体最低,最高值分别没有达到1和1.2。水质段面好坏规律是:花溪大坝>甲秀楼>水口寺>普渡桥。
In December 2005 ( Water period ), March 2006 ( Dry season) and July 2006 ( Wet period ), we investigated the factors of physical and chemistry and phytoplankton community of Nanming river in the four sites of huaxi dam,jiaxiulou,shuikousi and pudu bridge. The result was that shuikousi water period was the most serious polluted, the highest level of nitrogen was 26. 2mg/L, the water state of the city was in eutrophication. The phytoplankton Shannon and Margalef diversity index in the shuikousi was the minimum, which the maximum value were not reach 1 and 1.2. The rule of the water quality was : Huaxi dam 〉 Jiaxiulou 〉 Shuikousi 〉 Pudu bridge.
