摘要
针对深圳某变电站线路出线配套电缆大直径顶管工程施工对地下管线的影响,利用FLAC3D模拟了大直径顶管施工过程,分析了邻近垂直交叉地下管线在不同开挖面推进力、管线与顶管开挖面不同距离情况下的位移变化,研究表明:推进力大小对垂直交叉地下管线的水平位移影响明显大于其对竖向位移的影响;并且在距离顶管中心线10m(约2.5倍管道直径)范围管线的位移随顶管推进力及开挖面位置的变化有较大变化。
Based on influence of a substation outlet supporting cable tunnel of large-diameter pipe jacking construction on underground pipelines in Shenzhen, Large-diameter Pipe Jacking construction procedures were simulated by software FLAC3D,displacement of underground pipelines under different propelling forces of Pipe Jacking ,distances between pipeline and pipe jacking excavation surface were analyzed ,and studies show that influence of propelling force on pipeline horizontal displacement is significantly greater than the vertical, and pipelines displacement change more when propelling forces and the location of excavation surface change at the distance of 10 meter (about 2.5 times of the pipe diameter) .
