纳米硒对蛋雏鸡生长性能和消化器官发育影响的研究 被引量:8

摘要 将亚硒酸钠和纳米硒均以0.200、.40 mg/kg水平添加到基础日粮中,配制成试验日粮,选择健康罗曼蛋雏鸡200羽,随机分为基础日粮组、亚硒酸钠高(0.4 mg/kg)、低(0.2 mg/kg)剂量组、纳米硒高(0.4 mg/kg)、低(0.2 mg/kg)剂量组等5组,基础日粮饲喂至16日龄,再试验日粮饲喂至36日龄,于26和36日龄测量每组体重,计算日增重、日耗料量、料重比及每组死亡数;并随机抽取5只屠宰,取胃、小肠、肝脏、胰腺等消化器官,称重,计算器官指数,光镜观察其组织结构。结果表明纳米硒能较好地改善蛋雏鸡消化器官结构,增加空肠绒毛中杯状细胞的数量,促进蛋雏鸡小肠腺体的发育,增加肠腺的数量,促使肠腺排列紧密,从而明显提高26~36日龄蛋雏鸡生长。 The supplementation of Nano-Se and Na2SeO3 were 0.20 mg/kg and 0.40 mg/kg respectively in the basal diet,so as to prepare the trial basal diet.Two hundred healthy Roman egg chicks were randomly divided into 5 groups,namely,group of basal diet,group of supplementation by 0.4 mg/kg Na2SeO3,group of supplementation by 0.2 mg/kg Na2SeO3,group of supplementation by 0.4 mg/kg Nano-Se,and group of supplementation by 0.2 mg/kg Nano-Se.The basic diet was fed for 16 days,and then the trial diet were fed to 36 days.The weights of 26-day-old and 36-day-old egg chicks were measured respectively,and then the calculation of average daily gain,daily diet consumption,the ratio of feed to gain and the death number of each group were done.Five Roman egg chicks were selected and killed from each group respectively,to take the digestion organ including the stomach,the small intestine,the liver and the pancreas,and then the body weights were measured,the indices of organs were calculated,and the structures of their organs were observed under microphotograph system.Results indicated that the Nano-Se could improve the structure of digestion organ,increase the number of Goblet cell on the intestinal Villi of jejunum,promote the development of the gland in the small intestine of young Roman chicks,facilitate the alignment of the gland in the intestines,and promote the development of Roman egg chicks at the age of 26~36 days obviously.
