摘要
在金融危机、高校扩招等一系列因素的影响下,大学生就业成为社会的热点与难点,成为亿万家庭关注的重点,也成为国家关注民生问题重点之一。就业指导教师要深入探析各类困难群体的就业问题,进一步加强指导与帮助,使其顺利就业。
Under the influence of international financial crisis, expansion of college enrollment, the discussion on graduate employment has become the focus of public attention , major concerns for hundreds of millions of average families, and one of the hot topics on our government~ s paying close attention to the well--being of the people as well. Consequently, for those teachers who center on graduates＇ employment, it is necessary to probe into the problems and reasons of unemployment of different kinds of difficult vocational groups, and to offer the graduates further guidance and help to make sure that they can obtain employment smoothly.
