摘要
目的:深入研究马蹄香治疗病毒性肠炎的有效成分和作用机制。方法:本研究应用国家标准GB/T 5009.124-2003高效液相法测定马蹄香散剂和5种治疗胃肠病药物中氨基酸的含量。结果:谷氨酸和精氨酸在5种治疗胃肠病药物中的含量均较高,谷氨酸的含量:L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠>复方谷氨酰胺>蒙脱石散>马蹄香>盐酸小檗碱片>参苓健脾胃颗粒。精氨酸的含量:复方谷氨酰胺>马蹄香>蒙脱石散>盐酸小檗碱片>参苓健脾胃颗粒。缬氨酸的含量:蒙脱石散>马蹄香>复方谷氨酰胺>盐酸小檗碱片>参苓健脾胃颗粒。在蒙脱石散和复方谷氨酰胺中丙氨酸的含量高于马蹄香。在蒙脱石散中天冬氨酸的含量高于马蹄香。盐酸小檗碱片中的组氨酸、甲硫氨酸高于马蹄香。在L-谷氨酰胺呱仑酸钠中胱氨酸、赖氨酸和甲硫氨酸的含量高于马蹄香。其余氨基酸在马蹄香中的含量均高于其他药物。结论:马蹄香散剂中含有丰富的氨基酸,其谷氨酸和精氨酸的含量比较高,这些氨基酸的含量与马蹄香治疗病毒性肠炎的有效性即促进受损肠黏膜修复可能有关。
Objective: To better understand the active ingredients and mechanism of saruma in the treatment of viral enteritis patients.Methods: The content of amino acids in saruma powder and 5 drugs for gastrointestinal diseases was determined by HPLC of National Standard GB/T 5009.124-2003.Results: The contents of glutamates and arginines in the above drugs are high.The content of the glutamates is L-glutamine sodium gualenate granules>compound glutamide>montmorillonite powder>saruma powder>berberine hydrochloride tablets>Shenling Jianpiwei granules.The content of the arginines is compound glutamide>saruma powder >montmorillonite powder>berberine hydrochloride tablets>Shenling jianpiwei granules.The content of valine is montmorillonite powder>saruma powder>compound glutamide>berberine hydrochloride tablets>shenling jianpiwei granules.The content of alanine in montmorillonite powder and compound glutamide is higher than that in saruma powder.The aspartic acid in montmorillonite powder is higher than that in saruma powder.The histidine and methylamino acid in berberine hydrochloride tablets are higher than that in saruma powder.The cysteine,lysine and methionine in L-glutamine sodium gualenate granules are higher than that in saruma powder.Other amino acids in saruma powder are higher than that in 5 drugs for gastrointestinal diseases.Conclusion: The saruma powder is rich in the amino acids,among which the content of the glutamates and the arginines is higher.The content of amino acids is related with the efficiency of viral enteritis treatment,probably with the improvement of damaged intestinal mucosa recovery.
