摘要
为了快速准确地测定烟用聚丙烯丝束滤棒成型水基胶中的氨含量,考察了该胶的破乳方法及连续流动分析条件。结果表明:①用氯化钠饱和的2.5%硫酸溶液处理胶样,得到可测定氨的澄清滤液;②适宜的连续流动测定条件为:流通池光径50 mm,进样时间90 s,冲洗时间90 s;③方法的检出限和定量限分别为0.22μg/mL和0.73μg/mL,回收率99.02%~102.89%,CV〈2%。该方法适合于烟用聚丙烯丝束滤棒成型水基胶中残余氨含量的测定。
In order to rapidly and accurately determine the ammonia in water-based adhesive for polypropylene tow filter rod forming,the method for demulsification of the adhesive and the conditions for continuous flow analysis were investigated.The results showed that: 1) The adhesive sample was treated with saturated sodium chloride in 2.5% sulfuric acid solution to obtain the clear filtrate for ammonia determination;2) The proper conditions for continuous flow analysis were the optical path of flow cell 50 mm,duration for sample injecting and cleaning 90 seconds each;3) The limit of detection and the limit of quantification of ammonia were 0.22 and 0.73 μg/mL,respectively;the recovery ranged from 99.02% to 102.89% with the CV below 2%.It was concluded that this method was suitable for the determination of ammonia in water-based adhesive.
