摘要
目的分析微创拔牙术在拔除残冠残根中的临床效果和患者满意度。方法采用微创拔牙术拔除217颗残冠残根,分析断根率、患者畏惧率、术中疼痛、拔牙窝完整性、术后并发症发生等指标,评价疗效和满意度。结果 217颗残冠残根,总断根率为3.5%,拔牙窝不完整占3.7%。术中轻度疼痛的发生率为11.3%,术后为9.2%,无重度疼痛发生。拔牙过程中轻度畏惧的发生率为12.1%(20/164),无重度畏惧者。组织肿胀总发生率为6.7%;11例轻度张口受限,未见干槽症发生。结论微创拔牙技术临床效果好,患者满意度高。
Objective To analyze the clinical results and patients＇ satisfaction of inimally invasive tooth extraction in the removal of residual crown and root. Methods Minimally invasive tooth extraction method was used for 217 residual crown and root removal, to analyze root pruning rate, rate of patients with fear, pain, surgery, tooth extraction nest integrity, postoperative complications and other indicators, and to evaluate the efficacy and satisfaction. Results 217 residual crown and root, total root pruning was 3.5%, incomplete extraction nest was 3.7%. Surgery in the incidence of mild pain, 11.3%, after 9.2%, no severe pain occurred. Extraction process in the incidence of mild fear was 12.1% （20/164）, those without severe fear. The total incidence of tissue swelling was 6.7%; 11 cases of mild trismus, no occurrence of dry socket. Conclusion Minimally invasive tooth extraction technique has good clinical results and high satisfaction.
