摘要
新课标对教师的专业化提出了更高的要求。就目前状况看,农村小学英语教师队伍还存在着教师构成复杂、数量不足、学历层次和专业程度较低、教师缺编等诸多问题,尤其是教师素质距离专业化的标准还相当遥远。本文针对广大农村小学一拥而上地开设英语课程的"教师条件"提出质疑,也给出了建议。
New Curriculum Standard Context put forward higher request on specialization of teachers. In terms of current situation, rural primary English teacher resource show so many problems, such as complex formation, quantity shortage and lower education background and professional degree etc, especially ,teachers＇ quality is rather far from the standard of professional. This paper brings force questions and also gives advice for the common＂teachers’ qualification＂ of English curriculum opened by vast rural primary schools
