摘要
对某大型化工装置的心脏压缩机组汽轮机突发振动异常故障进行诊断,其结果为工作转速下转轴碰磨振动。就其产生的原因进行了分析,并提出相应的改进措施,保证了机组的安全运行。
The foult of abnormal vibration suddenly occurred in the turbine of compressor units as the core of some large type petroche mistry plant has diagnosed.The result is the shaft rubbing vibration under working speed.This paper has analyzed the reason and put forward corresponding improved measures which have ensured the safe operation of units.
