摘要
针对基层大学生党支部确定发展对象过程中存在的考察不全面、民意表达不充分等现象,可以通过构建入党积极分子推荐、学生党员推荐、班主任推荐、辅导员老师推荐和个人自荐的"五位一体"发展对象推荐模式,使党支部发展党员民主氛围更为浓厚,发展党员的质量得到提升,从而增加群众满意度,密切党群关系,推进基层党支部民主制度建设。
In response to some problems in recruiting Party members among college student,such as lack of comprehensive knowledge of the candidates,inadequate poll and so on,it is proposed that a ＂five-level recommendation＂ system be established,namely,recommendations from Party member candidates,student Party members,headteachers,counselors and self-recommendation.Hence the recruitment will be more democratic and the quality of the student Party members will be guaranteed.
