摘要 V2G(Vehicle-to-Grid)是"汽车到电网"技术的英文缩写,它是电动汽车与智能电网的交互形式,也是实现双方对接的智能技术,对新能源和新能源汽车两大战略性新兴产业的发展有着重要的战略意义和带动作用。就V2G在解决能源安全问题、应对气候变化、推动能源结构低碳化发展、提高电网效率等方面的重要意义展开了详细阐释,认为V2G是传统汽车工业和电网低碳化转型的新方向;最后从基础设施建设、技术研发、政策支撑等方面着手分析了中国发展V2G存在的主要障碍因素。 V2G is the abbreviation of "vehicle - to - grid" technology. It is not only a form of interaction between electricvehicles and smart grid, but also a smart technology of making electric vehicles in line with smart grid. V2G has important strategic significance and leading function to the development of both strategic emerging industries of new energy and new energy vehicles. This paper particularly elucidates the important role of V2G in solving the energy security problem, dealing with the climate change, promoting the low carbonization of energy consumption structure, together with improving grid efficiency, considering that, V2G is a new direction for the transformation of low carbonization of traditional vehicles industry and grid. Finally, the paper analyzes the main obstacles of developing V2G in China for the aspects of infrastructure construction, technology R&D and policy support system.
