摘要
大学生公寓是学生学习、生活、交流的重要场所,也是当代高校人才培养的重要基地。在大学生公寓,从确立公寓学生自我教育管理的思想出发,以建立一套完善的规章制度,选拔培养优秀的公寓学生干部队伍和创造积极进取的公寓文化氛围为手段,实行学生自我教育与自我管理,是新形势下公寓管理的有效途径。
College dormitories are important for students＇ study,living and communicating with each other,and they are also the key bases for modern colleges to cultivate talents.With a view of making students be aware of their self-education and management in their dormitories,it is an effective way of managing the college dormitories under new situation by means of establishing a set of rules and regulations and choosing and cultivating dormitory management staff and creating a positive cultural atmosphere to accomplish the students＇ self-education and self-management.
