摘要
《维也纳条约法公约》以明确的条文形式编纂了条约解释的规则和方法。关于条约解释规则的研究也历来都是国际法学界研究的热点,但是,关于条约解释的原则却鲜有学者论及。试以法律解释原则这一角度为切入点,对条约解释的原则这一理论问题做初步探讨。
The Vienna Convention on Treaty Law compiled a interpreting rules and regulations for the interpretation of treaties in written form.The study on the interpreting regulations of treaties have been the hot topic in the field of international laws.However,there are few people studied the interpreting principles for treaties.This paper tries to discuss the interpreting principles for treaties from the perspective of interpreting principles for laws.
