摘要
以9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)、对苯醌为原料,乙二醇乙醚为溶剂合成了新型含磷阻燃剂DOPO-HQ。考察了溶剂种类和用量、物料配比、反应温度和反应时间等对收率的影响,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振光谱等对该化合物结构进行了表征。结果表明,当n(DOPO)∶n(对苯醌)=1.05∶1,反应温度115℃,反应时间4 h,乙二醇乙醚作溶剂条件下,DOPO-HQ的收率为98%。
A novel phosphorous-containing flame retardant, 10-(2,5-dihydroxyphenyl)-lO- hydrogen-9-oxa- 10-phosphoryl miscellaneous philippine-10-oxide (DOPO-HQ), was synthesized by using 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa- lO-phospha-phenanthrene-lO-oxide (DOPO) and benzoquinone as the starting materials and glycol ether as the solvent. Factors influencing the product yield, such as the type and amount of solvent, the material ratio, the reaction temperature and the reaction time were discussed. The structure of the obtained compound was identified by IR and ~H NMR. The optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows : molar ratio of DOPO to ODOPB being 1.05 to 1, the reaction temperature being 115℃, the reaction time being 4 h. Under these conditions, the DOPO-HQ was obtained in 98% yield.
