摘要
公务员激励机制在公务员管理中处在非常重要的位置。在明确了完善公务员激励机制必要性的基础上,针对其存在的突出问题,查找原因,以完善公务员激励机制,提高行政效率。
Civil servants incentives have a very important position in the civil service management. Based on the defined necessi- ties of improving civil service Incentive ,for its outstanding problems ,find out the reasons to improve the civil service incentives, improve administrative efficiency.
