摘要
本文首先分析了当今高等院校所存在的文化素质教育过程中理论与实践相脱节、学生自主参与意识不强、文化素质教育成效不明显等问题,并以此为出发点,将高等院校大学生志愿者团队的组建对学生文化素质教育的促进作用作为参照,提出推广大学生志愿者团队的建立与发展,将其规范化、自主化,使其成长为学校重要的学生自治组织,从而推动高校文化素质教育水平的提高。
This paper first analyzes the current higher education institutions exist during cultural quality theory and the practice of the separation,students＇ participation is not strong, cultural quality education effect is not obvious, and from that starting point,com- bined with college students volunteer team sets up to the students＇ culture quality education role as a reference, this paper puts forward the establishment of the college students volunteer team to promote the development and standardization, democracy, make its growth, for school important student autonomy organization, and promote the education level of university culture quality improvement.
