摘要
通过对我院2008年1月-2010年12月期间用药差错信息类型、比例和具体原因的统计、分析,探讨预防用药差错的措施,为医院减少用药差错,提高合理用药水平提供借鉴和参考。
The type of information, proportion and specific reasons of medication errors occurred during the period from January of 2008 to December of 2010 in our hospital were statistically analyzed and the preventive measures of medication errors were discussed with the purpose of providing reference to reduce the hospital medication errors and improve the rational drug use.
