介绍了太原市图书馆人力资源概况,阐述了太原市图书馆人才队伍建设的具体做法及存在问题,提出了图书馆人才培养的对策。
This paper introduces the present situation of human resource in Taiyuan Library, expounds some concrete measures for and existing problems in the construction of talent team construction in Taiyuan Library, and puts forward some countermeasures for library’s talents cultivation.
