摘要
在生物阻抗无创测量中,生物的呼吸波动与脉搏波动在生物体的任何地方都同时存在,这种现象造成了脉搏波的基线漂移,脉搏波和呼吸波的准周期性、周期相近性等特点,导致脉搏波与呼吸波很难有效的分离。针对脉搏波与呼吸波的特点,用脉搏波特征段相敏相干平均、呼吸波曲线平滑等方法来分别提取脉搏波和呼吸波,能有效地提高测量信号的分离质量和精度,为血液成份无创检测的实现提供了前提保证。
Concurrent existence of respiration and pulse wave in noninvasive bio-impedance measuring makes baseline drift of pulse wave as well as quasi-periodicity and periodical proximity of pulse wave and respiratory wave, which causes difficulty of separating the pulse wave and respiratory wave. Therefore, respective extraction of pulse wave and respiratory wave by means of phase sensitivity and correlation average about pulse wave characteristic segment and smooth curve of respiration wave can improve quality and accuracy of signal decomposition and provide the premise of guarantee for noninvasive detection of blood components .
