摘要
为适应细胞遗传学领域的快速发展,人类细胞遗传学命名国际体制标准委员会对人类细胞遗传学命名国际体制进行了多次的修订和完善.2009年再次修订并出版了人类细胞遗传学命名国际体制.该文主要比较了2009版与前一版即2005版人类细胞遗传学命名国际体制的差异,这有助于国内细胞遗传学工作者用新的命名法描述染色体的畸变.
The International System for Human Cytogenetic Nomenclature （2009 version） has been recently published. Multiple changes in nomenclature were presented in the 2009 version. This review will focus changes in respective chapters of the 2009 version compared with 2005 version. These highlights were meant as a guide for the cytogeneticist to assist in the transition in the use of this updated nomenclature for describing cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic findings.
