一种改进制备小麦秸秆醋酸纤维素的方法及其特征分析* 被引量:1

摘要 我国小麦秸秆产量极大,但利用却不充分。本实验以小麦秸秆为原料,采取前处理和预处理活化后,进行乙酰化反应,然后通过溶剂萃取分离得到纯度较高的醋酸纤维素(CA)。实验采用氢氟酸和浓硫酸为催化剂有效降低了反应时间,改进后的反应工艺减少了有机溶剂的使用量,实验在常温常压下进行,具有较高的经济性和安全性,制得的CA取代度在2.85以上,聚合度在175以上,并在制备可降解塑料中表现出良好的性能。反应制得的CA用FT-IR、XRD1、H NMR和13C NMR进行表征。 The yield of wheat straw in our country is very huge,but its applications are not sufficient.In this experiment wheat straw was used as raw material for acetylation reaction after pretreatment and activation,then followed by separation of solvent extraction,high purity cellulose acetate(CA) can be obtained.Hydrofluoric acid and concentrated sulfuric acid used as catalyst in this experiment can effectively reduce reaction time,and the modified reaction process reduced the application amount of organic solvents.This experiment can be performed at normal temperature and pressure,which shows high economical efficiency and safety performance,the degree of substitution of prepared CA was above 2.85,the degree of polymerization of prepared CA was above 175,and the prepared CA can be used in biodegradable plastic preparation with good performance.The prepared CA was characterized by FT-IR、XRD、1H NMR and 13C NMR.
