摘要
受试油、测试联作技术的启发,分析射孔-压裂-水力喷射泵排液一体化技术的难点,通过开发优选配套工具和配套工艺,设计了能够实现射孔、压裂、水力喷射泵排液多道工序的一体化管柱,减少了施工洗压井次数和起下管柱趟数,缩短占井周期,实现连续返排,消除了压井对地层造成的伤害,体现了安全、环保、实用、经济的特点,提高了单井施工效率,具有良好应用前景。
Subjects the oil to test for joint technology inspired analysis of perforation-fracturing-water jet pump discharge the difficult integration of technology,through the development of supporting tools and supporting the optimization process,designed to achieve perforating,fracturing,hydraulic jet pump discharge pipe string of multi-channel integration process,reducing the number of construction and cleaning up killing a few times under the string to shorten the total well-cycle,to achieve continuous back row,eliminating the killing of formation damage,reflecting the safety,environmental,practical and economic characteristics,improve the efficiency of single-well construction,has a good prospect.
