摘要
让纳若尔油田目前有气举井283口,压缩机供气能力与气举井的需气量基本处于平衡状态。为在压缩机数量不增加的情况下扩大气举规模,需要开展气举井系统优化配气技术研究,提高目前整个让那若尔油田的举升效率。本次配气优化以整个气举区块为研究对象,以有限的供气量为约束条件,以整个区块产量最大化为目标,对全油田149口井进行了整体优化配气模拟计算,现场实际调整气量井数达137口,日增油达227.5 t,日节约气量16.1×104m3,取得显著节气增油效果。
There are 283 gas lift wells in Zanarol Oilfield presently,the relation between the gas supply of the compressor and the amount of gas that those wells need keeps in basic balance.In order to improve the lift efficiency of Zanarol oilfield through expand the scale of gas lift while keeping the number of compressor the same as before,it is necessary study the gas distribution optimization technique of gas lift well system.The currently gas distribution optimization research simulates the whole gas distribution optimization of 149 wells in the oilfield on the following conditions:the gas supply is limited and the goal is to maximize the product of the entire block.The actual wells that adjust the gas amount reached 137,the daily oil production increased by 227.5t,and the gas saving by 16.1×104,all these showed that the study has achieved remarkable results in gas saving and oil production increase.
