摘要
阐述并分析了用户在获取和利用网络学术信息的过程中来自用户个人层面的、社会层面和技术层面的诸多障碍,探讨了相应的解决方法,并结合图书馆实际提出了提高网络信息服务质量的建议。
This paper expounds and analyzes some barriers in users＇ acquisition and application of network academic information from users＇ individual level,social level and technological level,probes into some corresponding solutions,and puts forward some suggestions on improving the quality of network information service connecting with the reality of the library its own.
