摘要
目的:探讨中药复方治疗心悸的用药规律。方法:收集古今心悸医案,建立心悸中药复方数据库,从用药和辩证用药规律两方面进行频数和频率分析。结果:①总体用药规律:用药类别由高到低依次为:补虚药、安神药、清热药和活血化瘀药。常用中药为:炙甘草、桂枝和丹参。②常见证型和药物为:心血不足:黄芪和山药;心阳不振:附子和肉桂;阴虚火旺:阿胶和沙参;瘀血阻络:丹参和川芎;心虚胆怯:酸枣仁和远志;痰蒙心神:菖蒲等。结论:心悸病以正气虚弱、心神不安为主要病机,而血脉瘀滞、热扰心神亦为常见病机。心悸治疗以补虚安神为大法,治以养心安神、补气、滋阴、养血,辅以活血清热,随证治以理气、利水、化痰、温里等法。
Objective：To explore the prescription regularity of TCM compound which is used for curing palpitation.Methods： Collecting ancient and modern medical records about palpitation,establishing a database of TCM compound,and mainly analyzing in two facets：the study on total re-gularity of using Chinese herbal medicine,and the study on diferen-tiation of symptoms and signs.Result：①Total regularity of using Chinese herbal medicine： They are tonic herb,spirit-quieting herb,heat-clearing herbs,blood-activating an d stasis-resolving herbs etc.The frequently used herbs were：Roasted liquorice、cassia twig、Salvia miltiorrhiza、etc.②Common syndromes and herbs：Herbs such as astragalus,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,were frequently used in symptoms of heart-blood deficiency.Herbs such as Radix Aconiti,cortex cinnamomi were frequently used in symptoms of flaccidity of the heart-yang.Herbs such as Donkey-hide g-elatine,Adenophora elata were frequently used in yin deficiency and fire hyperactivity.Herbs such as Salvia miltiorrhiza,Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort were frequently used in blood-stasis obstruction syndrome.Herbs such as semen zizyphi spinosae,Polygala tenuifolia were frequently used in Heart Deficiency Pattern.Herbs such as Acorus calamus were frequently used in syndrome of orifices confused by phlegm.
