摘要
润燥性能是中药的重要性能理论之一,通过对历代本草及多种中医药著作的考证,探求中药润燥性能的产生和发展源流,有利于对润燥性能的认识。唐代陈藏器提出润燥性能,经过历代医药家的发展,不断完善。近代以来,药物润燥之性进一步与通便、止咳、止渴、滋阴、除湿、健脾等功效结合,直接反应相应功效作用的特点。在药物的使用注意项中,药物的润燥偏性成为病证禁忌之首。但是润燥性能未能在性能理论中进一步论述,且目前也缺乏对其研究,这是进一步研究润燥性能亟待解决的问题。
Moist and dry drug property is one of the important drug property of properties and action of Chinese medicines.Massive ancient material medicas and medical documents were carried on to study the origin and development of moist and dry drug property,which is benefit to known of moist and dry drug property.In the tang dynasty Chen Changqi created moist and dry drug property,which was constantly improved by mang medical and Pharmacy experts.Recent period moist and dry drug property is combined with effect of Chinese medicines,such as relaxing bowels,relieving cough,stopping thirst,tonifying yin,reliving dampness and tonifying spleen and so on,which direct responses characteristics of corresponding effect.It is the very important syndrome medication contraindications in drug cautions.There was no detailed discussion of moist and dry drug property in the theory of properties and action of Chinese medicines.Currently it is lack of research,which is the emergency problems to be solved for further researching of moist and dry drug property.
