二氧化碳术区充溢技术在心外手术中的应用研究进展

摘要
心血管外科直视手术中,心脏于复跳初期向循环泵入大量空气。气体进入人体循环和体外循环管道可导致气体栓塞,引起中枢或外周器官功能障碍。目前,仅通过外科手段排气效果不佳,临床上迫切需要寻找溶解性更好,安全性更高的气体取代空气覆盖术区,以减少气栓形成及其危害。有研究表明,向术区充人二氧化碳(CO2)可使心内气泡的数量减少,达到排气效果。本文将对C02术区充溢(CO2De-airing,CO2De-A)在基础实验及临床应用方面的研究热点进行综述。
