摘要
全球医疗保障制度改革过程中"有管理的竞争"理论逐渐被部分国家接受,并被应用到具体新的医疗政策法规的制定当中。介绍了"有管理的竞争"理论在美国、英国和德国的运用,并指出对我国医疗卫生改革的启示。
＂Managed competition＂ theory has gradually accepted by some countries in the process of global health care system reform,and was applied in constituting new and specific medical policies and regulations.The paper introduced its use of ＂managed competition＂ theory in U.S.A,Britain and Germany and pointed out the implications for Chinese health reform.
