摘要
城乡一体新社区是统筹城乡改革发展中,政府为促进农村社区更好更快地转型而进行的一种有领导、有组织、有计划的自觉行动和制度创新。作为一种介于传统农村社区和城市社区之间的一种新型社区形态,因没有现成的经验可循而面临着诸多问题。嘉善县桃源新邨社区作为目前嘉兴市规划建设最大的城乡一体新社区,其多维融合的治理模式,为其它地区的新型农村社区建设和治理提供了许多值得借鉴的经验和启示。
The new community of integration of rural and urban was a leadership,organized,planned conscious action and institutional innovation conducted by government to improve the rural faster transformation in the reform of balancing the rural and urban development.As a new kind of community between traditional rural community and urban community,it may face many problems due to no ready-made experience.As the biggest community of integration of rural and urban in planed construction,Taoyuan Village community,Jiashan County formed multi-dimensional governance and provided many experiences and inspirations for the construction and governance of the new rural community of other regions.
