摘要
目的探讨经皮超声引导肾穿刺活检技术的应用。方法在超声引导下,采用侧槽切割式自动活检枪,分别以进针角度为90°、80°、70°60°对10个肾脏穿刺活检。在旁开穿刺点1.0cm处应用凸阵探头对活检全过程进行实时监测。结果①80°70°、60°进针角度的穿刺均可清晰监测到穿刺针道到达肾脏表面。90。进针角度的穿刺未能监测到穿刺针道到达肾脏表面。②穿刺针道长度分别为:5.03±0.08、513±006、536±0.11、5.91±0.18(cm)。结论在旁开穿刺点1.0cm处超声实时监测,80°、70°进针角度穿刺效果较佳。
Objective To discuss the clinical use of ultrasound-guided transdermal renal fine needle biopsy(FNB).Methods Using lateral cutting through-type autobiopsy gun to perform renal FNB inl0 kidneys, by ultrasound moritoring in real time at a distance of lcm from the eyelet of the needle. Per kiney was punctured 4 times at an angle of 90°,80°,70°and 60 °respectively. Results 1st, When the point of needle reached the surface of kidney,it was observed on the screen at the angle of 80°,70°and 60°. But it was not observed at an angle of 90°. 2nd, The lenths of needlepassage were 5.03±0.08,5.13±06,5.36±0.11 and 5.91±0.18 (era)respectively.Conclusion The effects of puncture at an angles of 80°and 70°were better than those at an angles of 90°and 60°,by ultrasound morit0ring in real time at a distance of lcm from the eyelet of the needle.
