摘要
目的:观察头部穴位透刺治疗偏头痛的临床疗效并探讨其可能作用机制。方法:采用太阳透角孙、头维透曲鬓、率谷透角孙为主的针灸方法治疗偏头痛23例,观察治疗2个疗程后患者症状的改善程度。结果:本组23例,控制8例,显效7例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率91.30%。结论:头部穴位透刺治疗偏头痛有较好疗效。
Objective：To observe the efficacy on migraine through penetration acupoints of head points, and to probe its possible mechanism. Methods：Using the acupucturing Tai Yang to Jiao Sun, Tou Wei to Qu Bin and Shuai Gu to Jiao Sun to treat 23 patients with migraine. After two courses of treatment, observe the improvement of patients＂ symptom. Results： Among the 23 patients, 8 patients＂ symptom were controled ,7 patients were excellent ,6 patients were effective ,2 patients were invalid. Its total effective rate was 91.30%. Conclusion ：This acupunture therapy has a good efficacy for treating migraine.
