摘要
目的:观察治疗组和对照组对肾虚型不育症患者精液常规中的各项指标的影响和疗效差异。方法:将40例符合纳入标准的患者分别用针药结合和单纯中药的方法治疗,每日1次,30天为1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程,疗程间间隔3天。结果:两组的疗效差别经统计学检验有极显著性意义(P<0.01),治疗组的治疗方案明显优于对照组。结论:隔姜温针灸结合自拟益精方对肾虚型不育症有较好疗效。
Objective：To observe the effects on every index of patients＇semen with infertility as renal deficiency between the treatment group and the control group. Methods：Based on the diagnostic criteria, the exclusion and inclusion criteria and evaluating criteria,40 patients with infertility as renal deficiency and dysspermia were ran- domly divided into two groups ,20 patients were treated with needle warming moxibustion covering ginger combining with Yijingfang and other 20 with Yijingfang. It should be done every day,30 days constituting one course with an interval of 3 days between two courses. Results： Clinical observation results of the two groups ： After the first, second and the third courses, Comparing with the two groups ：There were all markedly obvious differences （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion：Evaluated by the efficacy of the two kinds of methods after each course, the method which the treatment group used is significantly better than that in the control group.
