摘要
介绍国内干式磁选设备的研究现状,分别介绍干式弱磁选机、中磁选机、强磁选机和高梯度磁选机。分析不同设备的发展现状和应用情况,针对我国干式磁选机的现状提出新的设计思路。对国内干式磁选设备的结构形式、分选方式及其特性等进行分析,并深入探讨国内新型磁选设备的发展和研究趋势,建议大力发展永磁化磁选设备和多力场的磁选设备。
The paper introduces the research status of domestic dry magnetic separation equipments from 4 aspects respectively： dry weak magnetic separator,magnetic separator,strong magnetic separator and high-gradient magnetic separator.The paper analyzes the development status and application of above different equipments and proposes a new design approach for domestic dry magnetic separation equipments.Furthermore,the paper analyzes the structure form separation methods and their characteristics of magnetic separation equipments,and deeply discusses the domestic development and research trends of new magnetic separation equipments and thus proposes the development trends of permanent magnetization magnetic separation equipments and multi-field magnetic separation equipments.
