摘要
立式螺旋磨矿机(塔磨机)开始越来越多地应用于各类矿山选矿厂的细磨及再磨工艺中,其高效、节能、环保、操作简单、易于维护等特点使其具有广阔的应用前景。本文阐述了立式螺旋磨矿机的结构特点与工作原理,对该技术的产生、发展及与同类技术设备的比较进行综合评述,并通过简要介绍该技术及设备在国内外的应用,指出立式螺旋磨矿技术的应用在选矿工业的发展中将带来显著的经济和社会效益。
The vertical stirred mill(Tower Mill) is increasingly used in fine grinding and/or regrinding process of various types of mines.Its features,such as efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,simple operation,easy maintenance,etc,make the vertical stirred mill have broad application prospect.In this paper,the structural characteristics and working principle of vertical stirred mill are described,the technology generation,development and comparison with similar technology and equipment are reviewed comprehensively.Through a brief introduction of the technology and equipment in domestic and international applications,it's pointed out that the technology of vertical stirred mill will bring significant economic and social benefits with the development of mineral industry.
