摘要
教学是一种人之为人的实践活动。教学引导人的智慧成长的使命决定了它是一种智慧实践,教学本质的教育特性决定了它是一种伦理实践,教学过程的交往属性决定了它是一种情感实践。教学是教师以个人的方式与学生进行个性化的接触,只有当个体真正地进入教学,教学促进个体生命成长的意义才能得以真正实现。
Teaching is a kind of man-made activities which is for person's development. Teaching guiding the growth of human's wisdom determines that it is a wisdom practice; the educative character of teaching practice determines that it is an ethical practice; the communication of teaching process determines that it is an emotional practice. Teaching is a kind of personalized contact between teachers and students. Only when individuals really get into teaching, can the meaning that teaching promotes individuals life growth be truly realized.
