摘要
针对用电信息采集系统建设、运行和应用中出现的通信通道取舍问题和采集三率问题,本文结合系统建设和系统应用实际,提出了复合通道建管技术方案和采集三率保障方案,有效提高了用电信息采集通道的稳定性和易维护性,同时有效地保障了系统在低压远采集抄中的顺利应用。
Aiming at the problems of the choice of the communication channels and the three probabilities of collection in the power information collection system construction,operation and application,on the basis of the actual system application,this paper presents the compound channels construction and management technology and the guarantee solution of the three probabilities of collection.Due to those technologies,the stability and the easy maintenance of the communication channels in the power information collection system are increased clearly,and the application of the low voltage remote collection is more smoothly.
