摘要
利用华中农业大学课题研究组对消费者关于绿色食品认知、态度和购买信心问题的问卷调查资料,考察了消费者对绿色食品的认知水平,并分析了影响消费者购买绿色食品的行为及其影响因素.对于购买顾虑和信心问题,建立了模糊综合评价模型,利用此模型分析消费者整体的购买顾虑和信心的情况,得到了相关结论:为了使人们放心购买绿色食品,应从消除购买顾虑和增强购买信心两个方面制定相关策略.
In this paper,Huazhong Agricultural University of the research group on the green consumer awareness,attitudes and confidence of buying a questionnaire survey investigated the level of consumer awareness of green food,and analyzed the impact of consumers to buy green behavior and its influencing factors.For the concerns and confidence to buy,a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model was built.The model is used to analyzed consumer concerns and confidence as a whole and the relevant conclusions are drawn so as to develop relevant strategies for making people feel comfortable when buying green food in the aspect of eliminating concerns and enhancing purchasing confidence.
