摘要
本文介绍了华能大连第二热电厂勘察设计投标中集控室布置方式的设计意图、作用、技术可行性、方案比较,旨在探讨如何通过优化设计火电厂集控室布置,降低工程造价、改善电厂生产运行环境、提升火电厂的自动化水平。
This paper introduces the design intent、function、technology feasibility and scheme comparison in the process of bidding for Hua Neng Da Lian No.2 Cogeneration Power Plant.The purpose is how to reduce the project cost、make the working environment better and improve the automate level of the power plant by Optimizing Design of Central Control Poom Arrangement.
