摘要
建立保障机制、制定发展标准、提出发展策略,是欧盟职业教育教师专业化的发展动向。建立规范化的配套制度、明确职业教育教师专业化发展的目标、创新职业教育教师专业化发展的途径,是欧盟PROFF项目对我国职业教育教师专业化发展的启示。
The paper reveals the professionalization connotation of VET teachers： formulating the guarantee mechanism, giving the development standard and then puting forward the development strategies. We should establish the standard supporting system, and make clear the professionalization target of VET teachers, as well as innovate the professionalization approaches for VET teacher, which are the enlightenments that EU PROFF gives to our VET teachers professionalization.
