摘要
世界经济局势的动荡,国内通胀压力的攀升,使宏观调控措施成为"救火员",各种经济措施组合上阵,宏观调控似乎成为全球各国唯一信赖的工具,但我国宏观调控法的相关研究却不尽如人意。作为规范宏观调控行为之法,如何使宏观调控实现程序化,最终走向法治,实现社会整体利益目标是宏观调控法的终极价值。
Owing to volatile world economic situation and increasing domestic inflation pressure,macro-control measures have become ＂firefighters＂.Kinds of economic measures come into effect integratedly and it seems to be the only reliable tool all over the world.But relative research on macro-control law is not satisfactory in China.As the law of regulating macro-control behavior,the ultimate values orientation of macro-control law is how to make macro-control implement procedure,come to the rule of law finally and realize the social general interest objectives.
