摘要
针对目前机电设备缺少有效的测试性验证方法的问题,提出了机电设备测试性验证方法与步骤。通过采取基于故障影响相对比值的样本分配方案,可以使试验结果更加真实、可信。根据注入故障必须不能破坏任何设备的原则,对于串联型机电设备中不宜直接进行故障注入的目标,可以通过后驱动技术进行故障注入。最后,对某串联型机电设备进行了测试性验证,建立了一种新的测试性验证综合数据表,参考此表可以方便、有效地记录故障注入试验中的试验数据,因篇幅有限只列举了部分故障模式的数据记录。上述探讨的方法解决了机电设备测试性验证工作中的部分问题,具有一定的指导意义。
The method and procedure for testability verification of electromechanical equipment were proposed.The sample allocation scheme based on relative ratio of failure effect was adopted,which could make the test result more credible.According to the principle that fault injection should not destroy any equipment,back-driving fault injection was used to inject fault on the serial-type electromechanical equipment.Testability verification was carried out on a serial-type electromechanical equipment,and a new synthetical data table of testability verification was established.The data in the test could be recorded conveniently and effectively by using this table.Only some data of fault patterns were listed due to the limited length of an article.Some of the problems in the testability verification of electromechanical equipment can be solved by using this method.
