摘要
气力输棉系统是采棉机的重要组成部分,其工作性能对整个采棉系统具有重要影响。为此,采用Fluent软件对不同射流口高度下气力输棉系统内部流场的数值模拟和比较,找出了射流口高度与压力场和速度场之间的规律:随着射流口高度的增加,管道内的整体速度有下降的趋势;负压区也有缩减的趋势,在吸棉口处负压区的变化更为明显。这一结论为国产采棉机气力输棉系统的结构设计和性能改进提供了重要途径和方法。
Pneumatic conveyance cotton system is cotton-picking machine's important constituent,its performance has important effect to the cotton-picking system.This paper uses fluent software to different jet mouth height cases,for pneumatic conveyance cotton system internal flow field simulation and comparison,we find out the possible existence of rule which is among the jet mouth height and pressure field and velocity: Along with the increase of jet mouth height in the piping,the speed has decreased trend;negative pressure area has the shrinking trend,the changing negative pressure is more apparent at the suction cotton sewing place.This conclusion for cotton-picking machine pneumatic conveyance cotton structure designing and improving the performance of transmission cotton pipe provides an important way and method.
