摘要
目的:测定本市14岁以下不同年龄段儿童全血微量元素的含量,对各年龄段铜、锌、钙、镁、铁的检测结果进行分析。方法:对727例14岁以下儿童采用原子吸收分光光度法,检测全血中铜、锌、钙、镁、铁5种微量元素含量。结果:本市14岁以下儿童全血微量元素检测的结果显示,缺锌306例,缺铁242例,缺钙275例。4岁以下年龄段的儿童缺钙者较少(81例);4岁以上年龄段的儿童缺钙者占的比例较高(194例);各年龄组儿童全血中5种微量元素全部正常的合格率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.005),主要表现为0~1岁组和其他年龄组的差异,各年龄组儿童全血中5种微量元素全部正常的合格率低于50%。结论:长治市14岁以下儿童微量元素全部合格者较少,各年龄组间元素缺乏种类及比例各有不同,故应对孕产妇及儿童应强化锌和铁的补给,且不能盲目补钙;对婴幼儿要倡导丰富、合理、营养全面的饮食,对不同年龄段的儿童要有侧重地合理补充微量元素。
Objective:Determination of the under 14 years of age in children with different ages of trace elements in whole blood of content,of all ages copper,zinc,calcium,magnesium,iron,to analyze the testing results.Methods:727 cases of children under 14 years of age using atomic absorption spectrophotometry,detection in whole blood zinc,copper,calcium,magnesium,iron content of 5 trace elements in.Results:The results of the present city of children under the age of 14 Trace Elements in whole blood of detection results show that zinc deficiency,306 cases,242 cases of 275 cases of iron deficiency,calcium deficiency,calcium in 3 cases.Below the age of 4 children were less calcium deficiency(81 cases);4 years above the age of children,a higher proportion of calcium(194 cases);the age group of 5 kinds of trace elements in whole blood of children in all normal qualified rate comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05),mainly in the 0~1 age group and other age group differences,each age group of 5 kinds of trace elements in whole blood of children in all normal qualified rate of less than 50%.Conclusion:Changzhi city children under the age of 14 Trace Elements of all qualified less,among each age group elements in the absence of the types and proportions vary,so the response to maternal and child should strengthen the zinc and iron supply,and not blindly calcium;on infants must promote the rich,reasonable,healthy diet,for children of different age to have the stress reasonable supplement of trace elements.
