摘要
文章介绍了输电铁塔新材料—Q460高强钢的应用背景,通过对不同材质钢材性能进行分析比较,提出了Q460高强钢适合应用在受力大且由材料强度值控制的铁塔主材上,并对Q460角钢临界计算长度进行理论分析,提出了较Q420、Q345效果更优时的Q460长细比。通过对特高压输电铁塔J2713塔主材采用不同钢材后的计算结果和经济效益分析比较,得出了Q460高强钢值得在输电线路中推广应用的结论。
The article introduces application background of new material, Q460 high strength steel, of transmission tower. It proposes that Q460 high strength steel is suitable for being applied on the iron tower which has large stresses and is controlled by strength of materials through analysis and comparison on different steel perfor- mance. It makes theoretical analysis on critical calculation length of Q460 angle steel and proposes slenderness ratio of Q460 which is better than slenderness ratio of Q420 and Q345. It shows conclusions of Q460 high strength steel applying in the transmission line by means of analysis and comparison on calculation results and economic benefit of ultra-high voltage transmission tower J2713 using different steels.
